What you can’t miss …

We have carried out a selection of the documents, news and calls with more success of our web page in the month of August in both versions, Spanish and English. Choosing is not always an easy task and even more so if there is a great variety. For this reason, the European Documentation Centre in Almeria provides you with access to publications, news and calls for proposals, offering you the possibility of making queries in sections and thematic blocks.

MOST VIEWED DOCUMENTS

The interest of our readers in Spanish is very varied, since in the first positions we find publications in the areas of law, clean energies, health and learning.

  1. Consolidated versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union
  2. Opportunities and barriers for opening of research databases in low-carbon energy research
  3. Key competences for lifelong learning

MOST VIEWED NEWS

As far as the most visited news is concerned, we find that our users have taken an enormous interest in business development and the use of ICTs in the Member States, without leaving behind concern for the environment. Here are the top five:

  3. Social enterprises in Europe: entrepreneurship with a human touch

This section is characterised by the great interest of our young users in remunerated internships in European institutions and bodies, as well as the interest in cultural competitions.

MOST VIEWED NEWS

As for the most consulted news on the English website, we observe that users share some of the preferences with users of the Spanish website, although they are also concerned about specific issues such as gastronomy.

As we can see, English-speaking users show preferences towards the topics of security and defence, international affairs and higher education, among others.

MOST CONSULTED CALLS

Finally, as far as the English website is concerned, we can observe that the most frequently consulted calls correspond to internships in European institutions and bodies, job offers and European projects in the field of business and energy, among many others.
