Flags of the UK and the European Union
What are the rights of EU citizens living in the UK? Do you have EU citizen family or friends living in the UK? Have they already applied for settled status? The deadline is 30 June. The application process is now available.
Since the UK left the European Union, millions of EU citizens living in the UK have applied for settled status to secure their EU rights there, but many have not yet applied. If you have EU citizen family or friends in the UK, ask them if they have applied.

The deadline is 30 June 2021. More information can be found here.

The EU Delegation in the UK and the Commission’s Justice services, in cooperation with embassies in the UK, have provided support and information to EU citizens on how to apply for settled status.
In line with the Withdrawal Agreement, the European Commission will continue to support the protection of the rights of EU citizens in the UK.
