The European Training Foundation (ETF) is a European Union agency dedicated to the development of human capital in neighbouring and EU candidate countries. Its work focuses on education, training and employment, supporting reforms aligned with European priorities.
It is offering a call for applications for 12-month traineeships in Turin (Italy).
The traineeships consist of:
- Hands-on work in multicultural teams.
- Participation in activities such as:
- Digital communication, social media and events;
- Public policy and data analysis;
- European projects and international cooperation;
- Human resources, finance or IT.
- Development of:
- Technical skills related to the field;
- Soft skills (teamwork, organisation, communication).
- In-depth knowledge of:
- The European Union, its institutions and policies.
Requirements:
To apply for the placement, you must:
- Nationality of an EU country or a country where the ETF operates;
- A university degree (minimum 3 years) completed within the last 3 years;
- Minimum English level B2;
- You must not have previously worked or undertaken an internship at EU institutions.
Desirable profile:
- Background in fields such as law, economics, international relations, IT, etc.
- Digital skills (Microsoft 365, etc.);
- Motivation, proactivity, ability to learn and work in a team.
