The European University Institute is seeking candidates for future internship positions to support the work of the Information and Communication Technologies department.
What does the internship involve?
The internships are designed to support various areas of the ICT department, in particular:
- Systems & Networks
- Administrative Systems
- Web Services
- User Support
Tasks include, amongst others:
- Support for corporate email services.
- Management and tracking of user account requests.
- Configuration of clients such as Outlook or VPN.
- Technical support for hardware and software.
- Development and integration via web APIs.
- Configuration and customisation of CMS and LMS.
- Review and optimisation of technical documentation and web content.
- Incident management in centralised IT support systems.
Requirements:
The general requirements for applying for this paid work placement are:
- You must be a national of an EU Member State or a candidate country.
- Have a minimum level of English equivalent to B2.
- Have a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language.
- Have completed university studies and obtained a degree before the deadline.
- Have obtained your most recent university degree less than 3 years ago (unless you are currently pursuing further university studies).
In addition, for ICT placements, profiles related to IT, systems, technical support and web services are preferred.
