Duties to be performed:
- Collecting and consolidating HR data and reports, and maintaining their databases;
- Filing HR documents;
- Monitor data retention and create and update Data Protection Records;
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding procedures for new employees;
- Assist with communications and support staff activities;
- Assist with administration;
- Researching SatCen vacancies and publicising internship programmes;
Requirements:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent, or be in the final year of study.
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union and enjoy full rights as a citizen.
- Provide evidence of a thorough knowledge of English (minimum B2), SatCen’s working language, and a satisfactory knowledge of another official EU language to the extent necessary for the performance of your duties.
- Security clearance at least at EU SECRET level, or equivalent.
Benefits:
- Monthly subsistence allowance: €1,275.
