Duties of the position
As a Performance Monitoring Analyst, you will collect, validate, and analyse research performance data to support the strategic goals of the University. You will play a key role in shaping the University’s responses to research evaluation exercises. You will also contribute to integrating quality and impact measures into the University’s data collection processes, helping to guide performance-based funding decisions.
Required selection criteria
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel to manage, manipulate and present data
- Experience analysing data and developing reports to capture and communicate findings to management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, and strong organisation and time management skills
- Sound understanding of business processes, including project management principles and methodologies
