The Integrated Electronic Systems Division at the Department of Electrical and Information Technology of  Lunds University offers a position as a doctoral student in Electrical Engineering with focus on Integrated Analog Circuit Design.

Duties of the position

The appointee will be expected to devote themselves to their research studies, which includes participating in research projects and third cycle-courses; teach and do other departmental duties; supervise of undergraduate projects (including Master’s theses) and possibly supervise of younger doctoral students and travel to renown conferences to present your work to the widest possible audiences.

Required selection criteria

Applicants should possess a a second-cycle qualification, have satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second cycle or have acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad; at least 60 second-cycle credits in subjects of relevance to electrical engineering or a MSc in Engineering in biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, engineering mathematics, nanoengineering, engineering physics or information and communication engineering; very good oral and written proficiency in English and specialization in the design of analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits.
