The general objective of this Order is to increase the competitiveness of companies through the generation and incorporation of knowledge, technologies and innovations aimed at improving processes and creating technologically advanced products and services with greater added value.
FEDER financing
These grants are part of the Programme for Industrial Research, Experimental Development and Business Innovation (R+D+i) in Andalusia. This program is managed by the new Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA) of the Regional Government of Economy, Knowledge, Business and University, and is funded by FEDER. Two lines of action will be financed:
Collaborative projects (25 million euros):
Type of projects: Industrial research or experimental development.
Grouping: 3 companies (at least 1 SME).
Budget of the projects: Minimum 1 million Euros (15% for contracting research bodies)
Duration: maximum 3 years
Joint Innovation Unit projects (’18 million):
Type of projects: Industrial research.
Grouping: Large company (located in Andalusia) + research organisation.
Budget of the projects: Minimum 1.5 million euros
Duration: 3 years
