The evaluators should have a demonstrated track record of academic achievements and experience in evaluations of e.g. EU funded projects (Horizon 2020). The track record involves a significant publication record (books, monographs, peer review journal articles etc) and demonstrated experience with attracting competitive funding and grant evaluations.
To this end, it is a requirement for the evaluators to submit their ORCID-ID or PUBLONS-ID as part of the application in order for the University of Malta to be able to assess the validity of information on funding, peer or grant-review, publications/works etc.
Remuneration
Evaluators will be reimbursed for their time and effort on the basis of the number of proposals evaluated, with each proposal corresponding to a value of €40 excluding VAT, assuming it takes approximately 1 hour to evaluate each proposal.
