The EWA Grow programme (Empowering Women in Agrifood) is part of the EWA programme, launched by EIT Food to support female entrepreneurs in the agri-food sector during the early stages of their business journey. It focuses on helping women with start-ups or early-stage business ideas to develop, validate and grow their projects. Up to 120 selected participants (10 per country) will take part in a six-month mentoring programme, which will run from May to November 2026.
Requirements:
- Women entrepreneurs with a registered business in Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine (with excellent or native proficiency in the local language).
Tasks to be carried out:
- Participants will also take part in key programme activities, such as networking events, masterclasses and a final Demo Day, where selected participants will present their projects and compete for prizes
