The Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University is looking for an academician for the Department of International Relations at the Institute of Political Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.

• a full-time position (40 hours/week) for three year, with the possibility of extension
• expected commencement day the 1st of July 2022
• job description: teaching in English (alternatively also in Czech, depending on the capabilities of the candidate), independent research and grant activities

Skills

Each candidate must have:

• have at least a Master’s degree in International Relations, or in a related field (candidates with a Ph.D. degree, or who are currently in a Ph.D. study are expected to complete their study soon)
• candidates focusing on: international economic relations, European integration or one of the key world regions
• excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
