Looking for a future academic leader, the Division of Service Management and Logistics offers a full-time position as researcher (specialist) with tenured appointment within the subject area of Service and Quality Management in public organizations. Specific emphasis for the first three years will be on quality improvement in the healthcare sector. The aim of the specialist position is to prepare a career path for individuals who are active researchers in a specific and defined research area.
Major responsibilities
Knowledge on cooperation across sectoral boundaries is considered increasingly important to create sustainable services in business and society. The traditional division between private and public is not as clear today as earlier. Deregulation, private and public partnerships, and a more business-like view on public governance make it increasingly important to understand the logics of all types of actors and services involved.
