Duties and responsibilities
- Conducting independent research at the international level in the field of anatomy.
- Publishing in reputable scientific venues.
- Applying and leading R&D projects.
- Active engagement in Department of Anatomy research, contributing to ongoing projects and collaborating with other UT research entities.
- Lecturing and conducting seminars in Human Anatomy at all levels of higher education in Estonian and English.
- Organizing teaching work and ensuring their successful execution.
- Supervising MSc and PhD students.
- Participation in the work of academic and administrative decision-making bodies.
- Participating in the promotion and implementation of the specialisation at the national and international levels.
- Participation in the work of the international community of the specialisation.
- Performing at least one managerial task at the university is recommended.
Required experience
- Teaching experience at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels is required, including successful supervision of Master’s students.
- Experience in supervising students. Research experience and publications in the area of specialization, the volume of which is equivalent to at least two doctoral theses.
- Previous expierence of participation in the work of academic and administrative decision-making bodies.
- Experience in activities related to the administration and development of teaching in the anatomy.
