The College seeks candidates at the Associate Professor or Full Professor level with expertise in educational research methods. The successful candidate will be an active researcher, be experienced in teaching and supervising at the graduate level, with experience at the undergraduate level being an advantage, be able to prepare student teachers for their future careers in education, serve on Department, College and University committees when required and play an active role in future College development.
Description
The successful candidate will engage in teaching, research, and program development and engage with educational stakeholders e.g. schools; government ministries, to serve the dynamic educational sector of the UAE.
Requirements
- An earned doctorate in education.
- Special interest and expertise in research methods.
- A demonstrable research capability in the field of expertise.
- Evidence of a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student supervision.
