Project

Ceramics are interesting for their hardness, strength, corrosion and wear resistance, but can also produce interesting functions through piezoelectricity. Yet, as most ceramics, they are brittle.

The end goal of the project is to fabricate hard tough piezoelectric materials to be used for vibration dampers. To carry out the project, synthesis, fabrication up to characterization and testing will be carried out
