Ready to join a 2-year graduate program where you’ll get to try your hand at different areas of engineering and make a real difference to our end users?
Grab this opportunity to join a global company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people with hearing loss. Discover what it is like to work as part of different teams through rotations and spend 8 months working and living outside Denmark.
“Your main focus area will be AI and ML, but you’ll have the prospect of working with different techs for audio and video. So it’s quite varied, and the learning opportunities are endless,” explains Manager, R&D Insights and Machine Learning, Anthea Bott, who is also a program sponsor.
Joining our program on September 1st 2024, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding process. The program includes 3 rotations between different departments – throughout, you will be supported by managers and program sponsors, and you’ll also have a designated mentor.
You will be based at HQ in Denmark for the first and last rotation, while you will spend the second rotation outside Denmark in one of our other locations, such as Madrid, Cupertino or even Sydney. Thus, the program is designed to give you insights into various disciplines and provide you with the opportunity to explore every aspect of an international career.
As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to
- Run advanced analytics and create BI Dashboards (for internal stakeholders)
- Explore cutting-edge AI/ML techniques by working with 3D images, generative AI, video and audio processing and large data sets
- Apply predictive algorithms for customers and product quality
- Work with supervised and unsupervised models
We imagine that you
- Have a master’s degree in engineering, data science, or machine learning
- Have graduated top of your class
- Have hands-on coding/development experience working with Python and pandas and are familiar with Azure or PowerBI
- Are ready to handle a steep learning curve
Also, it is important that you have solid communication skills and aren’t afraid to reach out and network widely as you’ll be collaborating with colleagues from different teams and peers across the organization.
We welcome candidates who have recently graduated or have graduated within a year and are in the early stages of gaining work experience. International experience from internships, student jobs or working abroad will put you one step ahead of the game.
We encourage you to apply for our graduate program
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value the right mindset, motivation and energy.
We have several open positions within Engineering, so do check out other areas that might spark your interest.
