The Climate Science Olympiad is inviting young people, under 25 years old, from around the world, to take part in the Climate Science Olympiad 2023, find a solution for the world’s biggest climate change problem and become climate leaders of tomorrow.
What it is
The Climate Science Olympiad will take place online, and consists of four rounds: Qualifier, Quarterfinal, Semi finals and Finals.
The first two rounds are a multiple-choice quiz. In the last two rounds a detailed proposal is required to solve a real-world climate problem.
Problems will cover 7 different topics: clean energy, agriculture, water resources, biodiversity, sustainable economy, sustainable transportation, and global development.
