To mark Europe Day, and for the second year running, the UAL European Documentation Centre is organising the “La Loca Europa” competition, an initiative designed to celebrate knowledge, participation and the European spirit within the university community.
The theme will focus on traditions, interesting facts, cultural aspects, cuisine, sport, art and cinema from the various countries of the European Union. The aim is to bring the university community closer to European cultural diversity in a dynamic, participatory and festive way.
Participants will answer a series of questions on these topics with a view to accumulating the points needed to win our various prizes, with points being awarded as they progress through the different rounds of the game.
The event will take place on 7 May 2026 at 11:00 am in the central corridor of the University of Almería.
