CEDEFOP’s mission is to support the promotion, development and implementation of the Union’s policy on vocational training and qualifications, as well as skills and qualifications policies, by working with the Commission, the Member States and the social partners. To this end, it promotes and disseminates knowledge, provides evidence and services for policy-making, including research-based findings, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge between EU and national stakeholders
CEDEFOP offers a 10-month traineeship for young university graduates, as well as for PhD students, without excluding those who are embarking on a new professional career.
Deadlines and duration of the traineeship
There is an annual call for traineeships lasting 10 months, starting in October.
For this call, Cedefop is offering 14 internship places in the following areas:
Personal data protection
ICT security and information systems support
Communication and multimedia content
Graphic design and video content for campaign creativity
Management of Cedefop’s paper archives
Publication and dissemination of research findings
Qualifications and credentials
ReferNet network
Vocational education and training policies and systems
Work-based learning
Lifelong guidance
Promoting inclusion in vocational education and training.
Skills, intelligence and foresight

Requirements:
- Be a national of an EU Member State, a candidate country or an EFTA country.
- Not have previously received in-service training at another European institution or body.
- You musthave completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education,minimum EQF level 6)and obtained a full university degree or equivalent by the application deadline.
- Have a very good knowledge (C1) of at least two official EU languages, one of which must be English.
- Applications for on-the-job training must be submitted via the online application form.
Grants:
- €1,338.20 per month for trainees from abroad, as well as for trainees residing in Greece who live more than 50 km from Thessaloniki.
- €1,003.65 per month for trainees residing in Thessaloniki prior to the start of their traineeship.
