The European Banking Authority (EBA) is an independent EU authority that works to ensure effective and consistent prudential regulation and supervision across the European banking sector. Its overall objectives are to maintain financial stability in the EU and to safeguard the integrity, efficiency and orderly functioning of the banking sector.
The EBA offers paid internships for recent graduates with the aim of providing them with unique, first-hand experience of how the EBA works, an understanding of its objectives, including the goals of financial regulation and supervision in general, and the EBA’s priorities in particular.
Selected interns will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in areas such as Prudential Regulation, Law, Data Analysis, Human Resources, Communication, Conduct and Consumers, and Risk Analysis. They will contribute to the Authority’s day-to-day work and learn about the working environment of EU Agencies, while enjoying an exciting life in Paris.
Requirements:
- Recent university graduates who have completed their studies no more than five years prior to the application deadline;
- Nationals of EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and candidate countries;
- Very good knowledge of English.
Benefits:
- Interns receive a monthly grant of EUR 2096.82;
- The duration of the internship is 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
