Would you like to gain professional experience at a European Union agency and gain an insight into how the European pharmaceutical and public health sectors operate? The European Medicines Agency (EMA) offers paid work placements for students and recent graduates at its headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The programme provides an opportunity to learn about the Agency’s work and contribute to projects across a range of areas, from artificial intelligence and digitalisation to legal affairs, data analysis, communications and pharmacovigilance.
Benefits
- €2,049.77 per month.
- Travel allowance to cover travel expenses at the start and end of the placement.

Who can apply?
- Recent graduates, up to 12 months after obtaining their degree.
- University students on Erasmus or similar programmes.
- PhD students.
- Citizens of an EU Member State or the European Economic Area.
- English at C1 level and at least one other official EU language at B2 level.
- Some positions may require specific qualifications.
