Launched by the European Environment Agency (EEA) the photo competition “Environment&Me” invites you to tell the story of your connection to the environment.:
You can submit up to 5 photographs depicting any of the following three categories:
- Blue
- Green
- Orange
And reflect on these questions:
- How do environmental challenges impact your daily life?
- What signs of positive change or action give you hope?
- Where can we see progress towards sustainability and where do we need to do better?
Eligibility
EU citizens, citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye; under the stabilisation and association agreements: North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Prizes
Winners will receive a cash prize of EUR 1,000 in each category and EUR 500 for the Public Choice award and the Youth Prize.
The Youth Prize will be awarded to the winning entry, selected among those submitted by persons aged between 18 and 24 to any of the three competition categories.
All finalists will be put forward for the Public Choice Award and may also feature in future digital and print material from the EEA and its European partners.
The public vote will run from 1st to 15 July 2025.
