The beVisioneers fellowship supports young innovators with sustainability ideas or projects offering a 12-month intensive programme including training and expert support and resources to bring their planet-positive projects to life regardless of their stage or their financial situation.
Who can apply
- Young people between 16 and 28 years old,
- Residents of one of the following countries or regions: the EU, India, Kenya, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Uganda, UK and USA,
- Who have an early-stage project or project idea in one or several of the target countries.
May NOT work for, or have a parent or guardian who works for, Mercedes-Benz, the donor of the programme.
How it works
The programme includes a 12-month intensive hybrid-learning programme focused on implementing the project, covering three different learning labs: personal sustainability, environmental sustainability, and venture sustainability.
Participants also attend regional and global summits. Upon completing the programme, participants become part of the beVisioneers Ambassador Programme, gaining special opportunities to grow their leadership, network, and impact.
Grant
There are no costs to individual fellows, as beVisioneers offers financial support to help participants with specific needs, overcoming logistical and financial barriers.
Grants will be awarded to the projects that demonstrate the highest potential for environmental impact.
