AEGEE– Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l’Europe (European Students’ Forum) is a student association. It promotes the idea of a unified Europe, cross-border cooperation, communication and integration among students, and strives to create an open and tolerant society for the future.
How it works
Summer Universities are events lasting on average two weeks, held every summer in most cities where AEGEE is present. Thirty young Europeans come together to experience the diversity of European unity.
The Summer University comprises different types of programmes: Summer Course; Summer Course Plus; Travelling Summer University; Short Summer Course.
Application fees vary depending on the Summer University programme.
How to apply
1. Go tothe official Summer University Project website and log in with yourMyAEGEE account. Then click on ‘Fill in the application form’ in the ‘Applicants’ section.
2. Check your personal details in your MyAEGEE account. Here you will also need to describe your previous experience with AEGEE (if any) and outline what your ideal Summer University would look like.
3. Write a separate motivation letter for each of the Service Units you selected in the previous step.
