Want to champion youth in sports and make a real impact?ENGSO Youth is looking for enthusiastic young leaders to join their team from July 2025 to May 2027. You’ll collaborate with passionate people using sport for positive change.
Eligibility
- Aged 18-30 (during July 2025 – May 2027).
- From a Council of Europe country.
- Passionate about sport for all and youth empowerment (experience is a plus!).
- Ready to commit and get involved in ENGSO work.
- Confident in English.
- (Bonus: A recommendation from an ENGSO Youth member org can help!)

Your Mission
- Be active in monthly working group meetings and action plans.
- Join the annual Young Delegates meeting.
- Represent ENGSO Youth at events (when you can).
- About 5 hours a month commitment (can be more if you’re keen!).
