Are you ready for a summer of impact, culture, and teamwork? Care2travel is looking for 4 motivated volunteers to join their team in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania, for an unforgettable 4-month European Solidarity Corps (ESC) experience.
About the project
The main focus of this activity will be on the topic of “Digitalisation”.
Duration: 4 months, from 13th May 2026 to 10 September 2026.
Your tasks
- Plan and run summer camps for local children (Mon–Fri).
- Design a “Game Booklet” packed with innovative activities.
- Recruit local volunteers and manage social media/blogs.
- Attend weekly language classes and mentoring sessions.
Where
Miercurea Ciuc, a charming town in Romania, where you’ll be immersed in a Hungarian-speaking community and a beautiful natural setting.
Who can participate
To be eligible, you must be between 18 and 30 years old and reside in an ESC country.
You should be enthusiastic about working with children and digital topics.
Have strong English skills and a desire to step out of your comfort zone.
Be a team player ready to live abroad for 4 months.
When & Where
Dates: 13 May 2026 – 10 September 2026 in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania.
Work: Flexible 6–7 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Accommodation provided (15 mins from the office), monthly pocket money/food allowance, and holiday days per ESC guidelines.
