The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA) offers paid internships for recent university graduates who are at the start of theirprofessional careers.
The aim of the graduate traineeships is to enable trainees to broaden their knowledge of EU policies, activities and procedures, as well as those of eu-LISA.
Requirements:
- Nationals of EU Member States or countries associated with the Schengen area.
- at least 3 years (6 semesters) of higher education (university education or equivalent) or have obtained the relevant qualification (at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent) by the application deadline;
- Knowledge of English at least at C1 level.
Benefits:
A monthly maintenance allowance is granted, equivalent to one-third of the basic gross salary received by an AD5/1 grade official, already weighted by the correction coefficient (for Tallinn, Estonia, 98.9%).
It is expected to start as soon as possible and to last for 6 months, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension.

October 2026 in Strasbourg, France.
