
The European Food Safety Authority offers 12-month traineeship programmes that enable participants to apply the knowledge they have acquired during their academic studies or professional career in the fields of science, communication or administration.
Requirements:
- Citizens of EU and non-EU countries (with a visa) who have obtained a university degree lasting at least three years prior to the application deadline, with a good knowledge of English (minimum level: B2 according to the CEFR).
- Participants may work remotely for up to 60% of the working week from a location within approximately 3 hours’ travel time of Parma.
- Former EFSA trainees or employees are not eligible for this internship programme.
Benefits:
- Trainees receive a monthly stipend of €1,463.
Application
Applicants must follow the instructions in the call for applications published on the EFSA website. If selected, they must submit documentation such as a copy of their university degree, proof of health insurance and a certificate of good conduct.
