The Youth4Climate ‘Call for Solutions’ is a global innovation competition aimed at young people and youth-led organisations working on projects focused on climate action. The aim of the call is to fund new and existing youth-led solutions that are ready for implementation or scaling up, as well as to support the development of young people’s ideas and projects by offering them relevant learning opportunities with the support of partners.
Eligibility criteria
Young people aged between 18 and 29 and youth-led organisations from countries and territories covered by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
How to take part
Participants must submit concrete proposals (in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) in the following thematic areas:
- Sustainable energy
- Food and agriculture
- Climate and health
- Digital technology for the planet
- Climate, peace and security
- Nature
Awards
Up to $30,000 in seed funding, mentoring, networking opportunities and capacity building
