The LUX Audience Award Cinema Young Professionals programme offers 27 professionals under 35 working in flim theatres the opportunity to attend training and networking events and promote the LUX Audience Award at the national and European levels.
The fully-funded programme kicks off in Strasbourg, France, on 6-9 October 2025 at the announcement films, continuing through the 2026 Award edition.
Eligibility
- EU Young professionals working in film theatres (programmers, marketing, communication, social media managers, film education or young audience development coordinators, etc.),
- Aged up to 35 years old,
- Permanent employee of a cinema for 2025 and 2026,
- Citizens or residents of an EU Member State.
