El Diálogo Reforzado es un canal bilateral, ascendente y sistemático de cooperación entre los Estados miembros y la Comisión Europea para el diseño y la aplicación de una agenda conjunta de I+I de la UE. Basado en un enfoque adaptado a cada país, se trata de una herramienta de apoyo a los Estados miembros basada en una solicitud voluntaria para establecer un intercambio abierto y de confianza sobre temas/cuestiones elegidos por los Estados miembros.

Our annual report presents our examination of EU revenue and expenditure, and our opinion on whether the EU’s annual accounts are reliable and the underlying transactions comply with the applicable rules and regulations.

En nuestro informe anual presentamos nuestro examen de los ingresos y los gastos de la UE, así como nuestra opinión sobre la fiabilidad de las cuentas anuales de la UE y sobre la conformidad de las operaciones subyacentes con la normativa y la reglamentación aplicables.

This report presents the results of our audit of the JUs for the 2021 financial year. The report is structured as follows. Chapter 1 describes the JUs, including post-2021 developments, and the nature of our audit. Chapter 2 presents the overall results of the audit and an analysis of the JUs’ human resources situation. Chapter 3 contains the statement of assurance for each of the nine JUs, together with our opinions on the reliability of the JUs’ annual accounts and on the legality and regularity of the underlying revenue and payments, together with matters and observations not calling into question these opinions.

En el presente informe se presentan los resultados de nuestra auditoría de las empresas comunes relativa al ejercicio 2021. El informe se estructura de la siguiente manera: en el capítulo 1 se describen las empresas comunes y los cambios posteriores a 2021, así como la naturaleza de nuestra auditoría; en el capítulo 2 se exponen los resultados generales de la auditoría y un análisis de la situación de los recursos humanos de las empresas comunes; en el capítulo 3 figura la declaración de fiabilidad de cada una de las nueve empresas comunes, acompañada de nuestras opiniones sobre la fiabilidad de sus cuentas anuales y sobre la legalidad y la regularidad de los ingresos y pagos subyacentes, así como todos los asuntos y observaciones sin cuestionar estas opiniones.

The year 2021 brought both progress and setbacks in terms of fundamental rights protection. FRA’s Fundamental Rights Report 2022 reviews major developments in the field, identifying both achievements and remaining areas of concern. This publication presents FRA’s opinions on the main developments in the thematic areas covered, and a synopsis of the evidence supporting these opinions. In so doing, it provides a compact but informative overview of the main fundamental rights challenges confronting the EU and its Member States.
