Título: Toward explainable, robust and fair AI in automated and autonomous vehicles. Challenges and opportunities for safety and security
Resumen:En marzo de 2022, el CCI (Unidades B.6, C.4, E.3) organizó un taller exploratorio titulado "Hacia una IA explicable, robusta y justa en vehículos automatizados y autónomos", que reunió a expertos en campos como la IA fiable, la conducción autónoma y las pruebas de vehículos. Este informe resume los pasos que siguieron a la organización del taller, incluida la definición de los objetivos científicos, la lista de ponentes y participantes invitados y las condiciones en las que se desarrolló el taller. El informe también presenta las principales conclusiones de cada una de las ponencias que tuvieron lugar durante el taller y un análisis de los debates que se produjeron durante las sesiones de trabajo colaborativo.
Summary:In March 2022 the JRC (Units B.6, C.4, E.3) organized an Exploratory Workshop entitled "Toward explainable, robust, and fair AI in automated and autonomous vehicles", bringing together experts in fields such as Trustworthy AI, autonomous driving, and vehicle testing. This report summarizes the steps that followed the organization of the workshop, including the definition of the scientific objectives, the list of invited presenters and participants, and the conditions under which the workshop took place. The report also presents the main findings of each talk that occurred during the workshop and an analysis of the discussions that occurred during collaborative working sessions.
