Resumen:El objetivo de este estudio era evaluar la eficacia, la eficiencia, la pertinencia, la coherencia y el valor añadido de la UE de la Directiva 2011/36/UE relativa a la prevención y la lucha contra la trata de seres humanos y a la protección de sus víctimas. Mediante una investigación documental detallada y una amplia actividad de recopilación de datos, este estudio pretendía proporcionar un análisis objetivo e identificar posibles lagunas y deficiencias del marco actual.
Summary:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, and EU Added Value of Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings (THB) and protecting its victims. Through detailed desk research and extensive data collection activity, this study aimed to provide a factual analysis and identify possible gaps and shortcomings of the current framework.
