Título: Study on the resilience of critical supply chains for energy security and clean energy transition during and after the COVID-19 crisis
Resumen:Los objetivos de este estudio son: 1. Identificar las cadenas de suministro de tecnología energética que son críticas para a) garantizar la seguridad del suministro energético de la UE y b) lograr la transición energética limpia de la UE, teniendo en cuenta las vulnerabilidades actuales de estas cadenas de suministro frente a varios escenarios de amenaza; y 2. Identificar las medidas para reforzar la resistencia de las cadenas de suministro de tecnologías energéticas críticas y del sector energético europeo en general.
Summary:The objectives of this study are to: 1. Identify the energy technology supply chains that are critical for a) ensuring the EU security of energy supply and b) achieving the EU clean energy transition, taking into account the current vulnerabilities of these supply chains against several threat scenarios; and 2. Identify measures to strengthen the resilience of the critical energy technology supply chains and of the European energy sector more broadly.
