Resumen:La Comisión Europea ha solicitado a la Comisión Europea para la Eficacia de la Justicia (CEPEJ) del Consejo de Europa que, basándose en su propia metodología de evaluación del funcionamiento de los sistemas judiciales de los Estados miembros del Consejo de Europa, realice un estudio destinado a analizar la situación de los sistemas judiciales de los Estados miembros de la UE. Este estudio se basa en el tratamiento y análisis de los datos y comentarios proporcionados por los Estados miembros a través de cuatro ciclos de evaluación (2012, 2014, 2016 y 2018) y cuatro cuestionarios específicos (2013, 2015, 2017 y 2019). Constituirá una de las fuentes utilizadas por la Comisión Europea para el "Cuadro de indicadores de la justicia de la UE".
Summary:The European Commission has requested the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) of the Council of Europe, relying on its own methodology for evaluating the functioning of the judicial systems of Council of Europe member States, to conduct a study aimed at analysing the situation of the judicial systems in the EU member States. This study is based on the processing and analysing data and comments provided by member States through four evaluation cycles (2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018) and four specific questionnaires (2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019). It will constitute one of the sources used by the European Commission for the « EU justice Scoreboard ».
