Título: Eurojust meeting on migrant smuggling. Eurojust, 04-05 November 2021 : outcome report
Resumen:Los días 4 y 5 de noviembre de 2021, Eurojust organizó la reunión anual sobre el tráfico de migrantes. Asistieron a la reunión profesionales (fiscales y jueces de instrucción) de 28 países y 7 organizaciones internacionales. La reunión fue la quinta de una serie que comenzó en febrero de 2016. El objetivo de estas reuniones es reunir a los profesionales para que intercambien experiencias, retos operativos y buenas prácticas. Al mismo tiempo, los profesionales pueden explorar oportunidades para desbaratar y desmantelar los grupos de delincuencia organizada (GDO) implicados en el tráfico de migrantes.
Summary:The Eurojust annual meeting on migrant smuggling was organised by Eurojust on 4 and 5 November 2021. Practitioners (prosecutors and investigative judges) from 28 countries and 7 international organisations attended the meeting. The meeting was the fifth in a series that started in February 2016. The aim of such meetings is to bring practitioners together to exchange experience, operational challenges and best practice. At the same time, practitioners can explore opportunities to disrupt and dismantle organised crime groups (OCGs) involved in migrant smuggling.
