Internships:
The EIB’s departments occasionally recruit highly qualified trainees for one- to five-month placements under a defined programme, mainly in the areas of finance, auditing, economics, engineering and general secretarial work. Requirements:
- Nationals of Member States and candidate countries whose accession negotiations have begun (currently:Turkey, Serbia and Montenegro).
- Full command of one of the Bank’s internal working languages: French/English.
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed or are currently enrolled in a course on European integration or in a field related to the activities of the EIB as a financial institution of the European Union.
Conditions:
The number of internships at the Bank is very limited and designed to meet the needs of the departments, which also determine the duration of the training period.
Trainees may receive an allowance. Applicants with disabilities may receive a supplementary allowance.
