Resumen:Este estudio proporciona información sobre el potencial de la calefacción y refrigeración urbana (CCR) para contribuir a la iniciativa de la Nueva Bauhaus Europea (NEB), y el papel potencial de los principios de la NEB (Bonito, Sostenible, Juntos) en el desarrollo y la adopción acelerada de la CCR a nivel de la UE. La investigación encuentra principalmente sinergias, pero también puede utilizarse para identificar áreas en las que puede ser necesaria más investigación o financiación para potenciar las sinergias o evitar conflictos.
Summary:This study provides insights into the potential of District Heating and cooling (DHC) to contribute to the New European Bauhaus initiative (NEB), and the potential role of the NEB principles (Beautiful, Sustainable, Together) in the further development and accelerated uptake of DHC at EU level. The research finds mainly synergies but can also be used to identify areas where more research or funding may be needed to enhance synergies or avoid conflicts.
