The application process is now available.<\/strong><br \/>\nSince the UK left the European Union, millions of EU citizens living in the UK have applied for settled status to secure their EU rights there, but many have not yet applied. If you have EU citizen family or friends in the UK, ask them if they have applied.<\/p>\n<h3>The <strong>deadline<\/strong> is 30 June 2021. More information can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/eurights.uk\/help\">here.<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The EU Delegation in the UK and the Commission&#8217;s Justice services, in cooperation with embassies in the UK, have provided support and information to EU citizens on how to apply for settled status.<br \/>\nIn line with the Withdrawal Agreement, the European Commission will continue to support the protection of the rights of EU citizens in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>UK citizens in the EU.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate UK citizens&#8217; access to information on national residency schemes and support available measures, the European Commission gathered key information from available sources.<\/p>\n<h3>UK citizens in the EU.<\/h3>\n<p>In order to facilitate UK citizens&#8217; access to information on national residency schemes and to support available measures, the European Commission gathered <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/relations-united-kingdom\/eu-uk-withdrawal-agreement\/citizens-rights\/information-about-national-residence-schemes-each-eu-country_es\">key information from available sources.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As the situation may evolve, UK citizens are advised to consult with the relevant national authorities who are the first point of contact for UK citizens and who can assist them directly.
