Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO-NU). The salary for a PhD-employee (promovendus) starts at \u20ac2.395,- gross per month in the first year, increasing up to \u20ac3.061,- in the last year.
