{"id":64059,"date":"2021-03-04T03:00:28","date_gmt":"2021-03-04T02:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/?p=64059"},"modified":"2021-09-15T11:12:55","modified_gmt":"2021-09-15T09:12:55","slug":"cea-online-activity-next-generation-eu-funds-getting-ready-for-this-great-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/cea-online-activity-next-generation-eu-funds-getting-ready-for-this-great-opportunity\/","title":{"rendered":"CEA Online Activity: Next Generation EU Funds &#8211; Getting Ready for this Great Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>The European Union has launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/covid-19-recovery-how-the-main-eu-instrument-will-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Recovery Plan<\/a> (NEXT GENERATION EU) as an extraordinary instrument for the recovery of the European Union from the serious effects generated by the COVID-19 pandemic; a mechanism in which Spain has pre-allocated around 140,000 million Euros to be executed in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/next-generation.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-64056\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/next-generation.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/next-generation.png 1000w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/next-generation-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/next-generation-768x362.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of these funds, more than 70,000 million euros will come via direct transfers (non-refundable subsidies), which will have to be loaded over the next three years, the rest being channelled through loans.<\/p>\n<p>While progress continues to be made in the process of presentation, evaluation and approval of our country&#8217;s investment plans, with estimations as to the timing, but where many unknowns remain as to how these funds that will make up the National Reform and Investment Plan will be allocated; for their part, the General State Budget for 2021 already incorporates around 27,000 million euros linked to these European aids, and it is expected that from the second four-month period of 2021 the different calls for aid and the implementation of other instruments will be opened.<\/p>\n<p>We are, therefore, facing a great opportunity to boost business activities, being very important to be prepared prior to the publication of the various calls for aid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The aim of this conference is to provide interested companies with the information known to date and details of the next steps to be taken, as well as advice to be taken into account in order to prepare for access to these funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_border_width_2 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator-has-text\">\n<div class=\"vc_icon_element vc_icon_element-outer vc_icon_element-align-left\">\n<div class=\"vc_icon_element-inner vc_icon_element-color-custom vc_icon_element-size-lg vc_icon_element-style- vc_icon_element-background-color-grey\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>AGENDA<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1614255071395\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>9:30 am.
