class=\"longtext field-benefits\">\n<ul>\n<li>PhD degree awarded before July 31, 2020 in the field of ecology, microbiology, plant sciences or similar<\/li>\n<li>Experience in microbial or plant biogeography, ecology, biostatistics or bioinformatics, being active in an institution outside the Czech Republic for at least two out of three years before July 31, 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and advanced knowledge of the R statistical environment.<\/li>\n<li>First-authored papers in leading IF journals in the field of biogeography, microbial ecology, plant ecology, plant-microbe interactions, biostatistics or bioinformatics<\/li>\n<li>Excellence in English<\/li>\n<li>Motivation for independent scientific work, and, in the same time, the support of
