In addition, it aims to provide an understanding of the objectives and goals of the EU integration processes and policies;<\/li>\n<li>enable such trainees to acquire practical experience and knowledge of the day-to-day work of CEDEFOP&#8217;s\u00a0departments and services. To provide the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic and multi-ethnic environment contributing to the development of mutual understanding, trust and tolerance. To promote European integration within the spirit of new governance and through active participation to create awareness of true European citizenship;<\/li>\n<li>provide the opportunity to young university graduates to put into practice knowledge acquired during their studies and in particular in their specific areas of competence. To introduce these graduates to the professional world and the constraints, duties and opportunities therein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For this intake of 2020 CEDEFOP offers 12 traineeships in the following 12 projects:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dcm_-_flyer_template_1_-_2020_-_press_and_news_services_-_rosy_voudouri.pdf\">Press and News Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dcm_-_flyer_template_2_-_2020_-_publications_-_evangelia_bara.pdf\">Publications<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dcm_-_flyer_template_3_-_2020_-_records_management_and_archives_-_marc_willem.pdf\">Records Management and Archives<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dcm_-_flyer_template_4_-_2020_-_restaurant_-_dimitris_nikolaidis.pdf\">Restaurant<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dir_-_flyer_template_1-_2020_pms_-_george_kostakis.pdf\">Cedefop performance measurement system<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_drs_-_flyer_template_1_-_2020_-_ict_service_-_spyros_antoniou.pdf\">ICT Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dle_-_flyer_template_1_-_2020_-_early_leaving_from_education_-_rena_psifidou.pdf\">Early Leaving from Education and Training<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dle_-_flyer_template_2_-_2020_-_vet_supporting_measures_-_ernesto_villalba.pdf\">VET supporting measures<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dsi_-_flyer_template_1_-_2020_-_learning_outcomes_-_anastasia_pouliou_jens_bjornavold.pdf\">Learning outcomes<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dsi_-_flyer_template_2-_2020_-_vet_policies_and_systems_-_george_kostakis.pdf\">VET Policy and Systems<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dsl_-_flyer_template_1_-_2020-_european_company_survey_-_giovanni_russo2.pdf\">European Company Survey<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/files_dsl_-_flyer_template_2_-_2020_-_forecasting_-_ilias_livanos.pdf\">Skills Forecasting<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Timing and duration of traineeships<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A traineeship typically lasts 9 months.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from 16 October 2020 to 15 July 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Depending on the Covid-19 pandemic situation the starting date of the traineeship may be postponed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants should be nationals from <a href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/abc\/european_countries\/candidate_countries\/index_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EU Member States and of candidate countries<\/a> benefiting from a pre-accession strategy<\/li>\n<li>Trainees should not have already benefited from in-service training in another European institution or body<\/li>\n<li>Trainees must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications<\/li>\n<li>Candidates from Member States must have very good knowledge of at least two EU\u00a0languages, of which one should be English.
