Also collect information in order to draft reports on these events).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of the communication strategy and outreach events of the delegation (Media events, web page, social media etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Respond to specific requests from colleagues (translation, search for information, welcome guests etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Follow issues of interest to the EU in its internal and external policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications or special requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Caribbean affairs and relevant EU policies for the region.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English (minimum C1).<\/li>\n<li>A good command of Spanish would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in both writing and oral presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Methodical, rigorous and autonomous mind-set.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to work in a multicultural team, showing good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dead line<\/h3>\n<p>31 January 2020<\/p>\n<h3>More information<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eeas.europa.eu\/headquarters\/headquarters-homepage\/72479\/funded-traineeship-young-graduates-eu-delegation-jamaica-belize-bahamas-turks-and-caicos-and_en\">Call for application<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0traineeship\u00a0of 6\u00a0months\u00a0within the Political, Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Jamaica, Belize, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and The Cayman Islands, starting in March 2020.
