Support for Policy Reform : Centres of Vocational Excellence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"normal\"><em><strong>The overall objective of the call is to support the establishment and development of transnational cooperation platforms of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) to connect Centres operating in a given local context at European level.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/advice-advise-advisor-7096-e1570790898416.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-27150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/advice-advise-advisor-7096-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Objective<\/h3>\n<p class=\"normal\">The transnational cooperation platforms will bring together CoVEs that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share a common interest in specific sectors or trades (e.g. aeronautics, e-mobility, healthcare, tourism, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Develop together innovative approaches to tackle societal, technological and economic challenges (e.g. climate change, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sustainable development goals, integration of migrants, supporting learners with disabilities\/special needs, upskilling people with low skills and\/or low qualification levels, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The platforms will create world-class reference points for vocational training. They will be inclusive and either bring together existing CoVEs in different countries, or expand the model by linking well-established CoVEs in one country with partners in other countries, that intend to develop CoVEs in their local eco-system, thus contributing to \u2018upward convergence\u2019 of VET excellence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">Projects must provide evidence that they aim to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish strong and enduring relationships at both local and transnational levels, between the VET community and businesses, in which interactions are reciprocal and mutually beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate activities, build reflexive relationships between the various activities and services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"normal\">Be firmly anchored into wider frameworks of regional development, innovation and\/or smart specialisation strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"normal\">The maximum EU grant per project is<strong> 4 million euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Scope<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Activities must start on 1 October 2020 or 1 November 2020.<\/strong> The duration of the projects is 4 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">The project must include relevant deliverables linked to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>at least 3 activities related to\u00a0<span class=\"italic\">Cluster 1 \u2014 Teaching and learning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>at least 3 activities related to\u00a0<span class=\"italic\">Cluster 2 \u2014 Cooperation and partnership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>at least 2 activities related to\u00a0<span class=\"italic\">Cluster 3 \u2014 Governance and funding<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"normal\">The list is non-exhaustive, and applicants can include other activities.
