Cooperation, partnerships and exchanges at grassroots level &#8211; inside the EU as well as with non-EU countries &#8211; can contribute to the development of new skills and positively influence societal changes. Moreover, sport organisations at all levels are by nature open to international cooperation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Salud.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-20018 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Salud-300x142.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"142\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Salud-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Salud-768x363.png 768w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Salud.png 914w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<p>The general objective of this action is to give the opportunity to the staff of sports organisations (the athletes&#8217; environment) to improve their competences and qualifications and to acquire new skills through educational mobility by spending time in another country (inside or outside the EU). Educational mobility should be understood as an investment in human capital and a contribution to the capacity building of various sports organisations.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, opportunities for educational mobility should be targeted at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0coaches and other staff of sports organisations (including trainers).<br \/>\nvolunteers) linked to professional sport;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0coaches and other staff of sports organisations (including sports staff).<br \/>\nvolunteers) linked to amateur sport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The action aims to focus on two key aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0to improve the knowledge and technical skills of sports staff;<br \/>\nto develop international cooperation in the field of educational mobility in sport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expected results include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0regular exchange programmes for sports staff;<\/li>\n<li>the creation of European networks of coaches and other sports staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The specific objective of this action is to encourage educational mobility and exchanges, while promoting the international dimension of sport.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Submission<\/h2>\n<p>Before beginning the application process, applicants are required to have both of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have an EU Login (European Commission Authentication Service) account.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not already have an EU Login account, click please log on to the<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/cas\/eim\/external\/register.cgi\"> ECAS portal t<\/a>o create one. If you are having problems creating an account, please refer to the user manual to help you create an EU login.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should be registered in the<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/participants\/portal\/desktop\/en\/home.html\"> Participant Portal<\/a> to obtain a PIC.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who already have a PIC (Participant Identification Code) should use it. If you have a problem creating account or logging in, please access the<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/sport\/sites\/sport\/files\/participant-portal-user-manual_en.pdf\"> user manual<\/a> of the Participant Portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the two steps above are completed, applicants can prepare and submit an application.
