{"id":17982,"date":"2019-05-23T10:39:10","date_gmt":"2019-05-23T08:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/?p=17982"},"modified":"2019-05-23T10:39:10","modified_gmt":"2019-05-23T08:39:10","slug":"justice-programme-call-for-proposals-for-action-grants-to-support-national-or-transnational-e-justice-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/en\/justice-programme-call-for-proposals-for-action-grants-to-support-national-or-transnational-e-justice-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Justice Programme: Call for proposals for action grants to support national or transnational e-Justice projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SLIDER-Justicia.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-17980 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SLIDER-Justicia-300x166.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SLIDER-Justicia-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SLIDER-Justicia-768x424.png 768w, https:\/\/www.cde.ual.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SLIDER-Justicia.png 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>This call for proposals aims to support the development of pan-European electronic solutions and services in the area of justice which have the potential to produce outputs of tangible added value.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Project proposals concerning participation in:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; the e-Evidence Digital Exchange System;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; specific e-CODEX use cases;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; the interconnection of national insolvency registers pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2015\/848; and<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; the introduction of multilingual standard forms further to Regulation (EU) 2016\/1191 (the \u201cpublic documents\u201d regulation)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Priorities<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The priorities of the call broadly follow the political objectives set as part of the various multiannual Council Action Plans that have been adopted to date on e-Justice. At the same time, the call aims to encourage the conception of new and innovative initiatives in the e-Justice domain.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the objective is to support the European e-Justice Strategy and Action Plan for the 2019-2023 period<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/#fn1\" target=\"_self\">[1]<\/a><\/sup>. More specifically, it aims to support the implementation of e-Justice projects within the European e-Justice Portal and at national level, so long as they have a European dimension. Priority will also be given to projects aiming to join or enhance existing or ongoing e-Justice Portal projects.<\/p>\n<p>Against this background, the topics for 2019 are set out below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Projects that support the implementation of the e-Justice Strategy 2019-2023 and its Action Plan. Applications concerning projects on the main list of the Council e-Justice Action Plan will have priority over other projects indicated in the Action Plan;<\/li>\n<li>Find a Lawyer (FAL);<\/li>\n<li>Find a Notary (FAN);<\/li>\n<li>Find a Bailiff (FAB);<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the European Case Law Identifier (ECLI<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/#fn2\" target=\"_self\">[2]<\/a><\/sup>) in case law repositories and interconnection with the e-Justice Portal;<\/li>\n<li>Land Registers Interconnection (LRI);<\/li>\n<li>European Court Database;<\/li>\n<li>Other e-Justice portal projects related to development of the relevant EU policies, such as victims&#8217; rights, rights of suspects and accused in criminal proceedings, and projects which are in advanced stage of development or already live on the Portal at the moment when the call is published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>\u00a0Description of the activities<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Project activities under this call would in principle include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analytical, conceptual, design and elaboration work;<\/li>\n<li>IT software development,<\/li>\n<li>quality assurance including related auxiliary measures necessary for the establishment of new IT systems,<\/li>\n<li>expansion and adaptation of existing national and transnational solutions towards addressing the objectives of the call.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Admissibility requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Failure to comply with these requirements will lead to the rejection of the application.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Applications must be submitted no later than the deadline for submission as indicated on the Funding &amp; Tenders Portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Applications must be submitted in writing using the Electronic Submission System of the Funding &amp; Tenders Portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Applications must be submitted using the standard Submission Forms Part A and Part B. They must include all the mandatory information and Annexes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Part A and Part B of the application must be drafted in one of the EU official languages (preferably in English).
