ESMA is an independent body of the European Union whose main objective is to improve investor protection and promote stability and order in the financial markets<\/span><span class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"10,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><span class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"11,0\">This programme is designed for university students and recent graduates, offering direct immersion in a multicultural and highly professional environment within the European financial sector, lasting between 6 and 12 months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"24\">Successful candidates will carry out a range of tasks depending on the specific department to which they are assigned:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"25\">A. Support for Governance Activities<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"26\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_7fc51ccdfd7b501a-74\" data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0,0\">Organising and providing logistical support to ESMA\u2019s governing bodies and their decision-making processes<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_7fc51ccdfd7b501a-75\" data-path-to-node=\"26,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,1,0,0\">Collaboration in the planning and drafting of institutional reports<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,1,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_7fc51ccdfd7b501a-76\" data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"31\">Stakeholder<\/i> management and support for international and inter-institutional cooperation<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"27\">B.
