You will support their activities, generate insights to shape human resources (HR) strategy, and use data analytics to optimise the impact of HR policies on working conditions, well-being and performance. You will also work closely with relevant stakeholders both within and outside the Directorate General.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duties<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a trainee in the People Analytics team, you will:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li>develop statistical analyses and data science solutions and provide recommendations for strategic HR decision-making and policy development;<\/li>\n<li>contribute to exploring new tools and technologies, testing them and developing prototypes;<\/li>\n<li>support the development of a data-driven, evidence-based approach to HR by reviewing research literature, generating insights from available reports and tools, and training colleagues to integrate these into their work;<\/li>\n<li>contribute to transforming and visualising HR datasets for various projects and tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, human resources management, business administration, economics, social and organisational psychology, business information systems, business analytics or another relevant discipline;<\/li>\n<li>advanced skills in R, Python, SQL and\/or another statistical programming language;<\/li>\n<li>excellent analytical and conceptual skills and an interest in complex technical content;<\/li>\n<li>a good knowledge of the MS Office package;<\/li>\n<li>an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits<\/h3>\n<p>The trainee grant is \u20ac1,170 per month plus an accommodation allowance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-map=\"item-title\"><strong>Place of work:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<span data-map=\"item-value\">Frankfurt am Main, Germany<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: 1 April 2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For more information: <a href=\"https:\/\/talent.ecb.europa.eu\/careers\/JobDetail\/Traineeship-in-people-analytics-data-science-and-innovation-in-HR\/13768\">European Central Bank<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Central Bank offers traineeships to be part of the People Analytics team in the Digitalisation and Employee Relations Division of the Directorate General Human Resources.
