It includes a <strong>human clinical trial<\/strong> aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of advanced nutritional interventions in coeliac patients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The doctoral thesis will be linked to the <strong>PhD Programme in Biomedicine and Health Sciences<\/strong>, with an applied focus on <strong>clinical nutrition and personalised medicine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Research objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To evaluate the efficacy of new nutritional interventions in the coeliac population.<\/li>\n<li>To study mechanisms of action at metabolic and molecular level.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support the recruitment, execution and dissemination phases of the clinical trial.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from hospitals, universities and research centres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are looking for a <strong>highly motivated<\/strong> pre-doctoral researcher with a <strong>scientific vocation<\/strong> and the ability to work in <strong>multidisciplinary environments<\/strong>, interested in the field of <strong>clinical nutrition applied to human health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in <strong>Human Nutrition and Dietetics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Master&#8217;s degree in Clinical Nutrition<\/strong> (prerequisite for access to PhD)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in clinical nutrition research or related studies<\/li>\n<li><strong>ISAK Level 1<\/strong> certification <strong>in anthropometry<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use of the <strong>nutritional software DIAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>C1<\/strong> level of English with scientific reading, writing and speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Motivation for research and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in nutritional assessment techniques<\/li>\n<li>Participation in scientific congresses or conferences<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills, teamwork, effective communication and problem solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Organisation\/Company<\/b> &#8211; Universidad Europea.<\/p>\n<p><b>Field of research<\/b> &#8211; Medicine, Health Sciences.<\/p>\n<p><b>Research profile<\/b> &#8211; Early stage researcher (R1).<\/p>\n<p><b>Country<\/b> &#8211; Spain.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application deadline<\/b> &#8211; 18 January 2026 &#8211; 00:00 (Europe\/Madrid).<\/p>\n<p><strong>More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/385732\">Euraxess<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IMDEA Food Foundation, in collaboration with the European University of Madrid, research centres and hospitals in the Community of Madrid, is looking for a pre-doctoral researcher interested in carrying out a doctoral thesis within the CD3DTech-CM project.
